2023 started with the successful launch of the most recent SpinOff Work Wise, which explores the booming market of remote workers and digital nomads. Furthermore, we are increasing our revenue 50% and focused on keeping our scale growth trajectory.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're not looking for a regular Python Developer. We're looking at giving a creative and out-of-the-box thinking talent the opportunity to add to the traditional tourism and real estate market a relevant touch of technology, automation and AI integration.

You will be able to innovate, automate and using the suitable AI benefits, adding relevant value to the industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• You’ll be smart and creative in gathering and analyzing relevant data for Host Wise business;
• You’ll continuously look for improvement opportunities to automate and digitalise business processes;
• You’ll combine python language strength with google open source solutions and AI speed and efficiency in order to transform data collection into relevant business insights through creative reporting and automated actions;
• You’ll contribute to give the propriety owner a full overview of their real estate assets and return on investment through a personalized back office;
• You’ll have freedom to create, test and measure new methods, procedures and ideas continuously;
• Fast prototyping of new user interactions and iteration based on feedback from peer.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Talent, motivation and dedication. All those skills will be exponentiated at Host Wise, you will learn and grow with us.
• A degree in informatic engineering field or similar;
• Skilled with Python, APIs communication and AI integrations;
  
• Comfortable working with Flask or Django: As part of your role, you may be involved in the development of web applications;
• Experience querying databases: You will be working with data as part of your role, querying databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL;
• Ability to automate manual processes;
• Good communication skills (oral and written) - fluent in English;
• Ability to innovate and deal with constantly changing environment;
• Passionate about technology and willing to take initiative and learn new skills.
